One to one sessions now available!

We can now train together! I am currently attending one to one sessions at Crew42 Liverpool - Unit 11 Gibralter Row King Edward Rise, L3 7HJ

Our sessions will give you confidence to train and keep you motivated to make this a new habit. Each session has an 1h duration which will include warm up, main training, cool down and feedback so we can always progress in both sides.
Crew 42 has a cool environment, depending on which time you are training you will pretty much have the gym for yourself.
I have expertise in bodybuilding training so I will help you develop stamina, strength, toning and muscle growth. I work with beginners to intermediate clients who want to improve technique, learn how to train to achieve their goals and get all the benefits of a constant training lifestyle.

My goal is to make sure that in every session we come closer towards your goals, keep you motivated and to make you feel an absolute legend about yourself!
